Yingjun Tian
Hi, welcome to my personal page!
I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Digital Manufacturing Lab, The University of Manchester, supervised by Prof. Charlie C.L. Wang.
Prior to this, I received my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester in 2024, and my B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2019.
My research interests lie in computational design, soft robotics, and robot learning.

Beyond my research, I actively contribute to the academic community as a reviewer for leading journals, including IEEE Transactions on Robotics (T-RO), IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics (T-Mech), IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters (RAL), IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering (TASE), Computer-Aided Design, Materials & Design, and Computers & Graphics. I also serve as a reviewer for top international conferences, such as the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA), the IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS), and the European Control Conference (ECC).
